To promote professionalism in training and driving member occupational bonding.

To groom passionate and deeply knowledgeable next generation trainers, through rigorous, structured and continuous professional development education (CPDs).

To raise the pedagogical skills, educational technology competence and receptiveness to trending innovations necessary to enhance training practice, improve learning outcomes and deepen creative enquiry in our schools.

To ensure that the enhanced knowledge and expertise of professional Trainers/Trainers are sufficiently recognized, respected and rewarded, like other privately run and efficiently organized professions.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

For personal and corporate welfare of members through exchange of business knowledge, opportunities and promotion of corporate trainers’ businesses.

To provide training and development opportunities for members, so as to groom and develop passionate, intelligent, IT-Savvy, next generation trainers in Africa;

To act as a representative body in matters of interest to members, in a non-political, non–sectarian manner

To mobilize, train, test and efficiently organise members of the training profession so that the enhanced knowledge, skills and expertise of professional trainers are sufficiently recognised, respected and rewarded within the society

To work collaboratively with other stakeholders and regulators in private and public sectors, examination bodies, education regulation authorities and relevant governments departments to provide a consistent and concerted approach to the full professionalism of corporate training.
