For all business activities, including training projects, there is a need to verify the achievement of their objectives; to determine whether or not training investment is worth it. In this module, we explore issues such as the type of and the moment at which the evaluation is carried out, the questions the evaluation is expected to answer, and the criteria and dimensions orienting the evaluation.
